Experience:

Thirty-plus year career in law enforcement, I worked as a Correctional Officer, Police Officer, Border Patrol Agent, Special Agent in the U.S. Customs Service, and as a Special Agent/Supervisory Criminal Investigator with Homeland Security Investigations (HSI).  I managed HSI's polygraph program as both a Program Manager and later as the program's Section Chief, responsible for ensuring compliance with the Quality Assurance Program necessary to maintain the program's certification and personnel.  Upon retiring I obtained my licenses to conduct examinations within the Commonwealth of Virginia and the State of Tennessee.  I am currently contracted to conduct PCSOT for the Commonwealth.

Please contact me if you are in need of polygraph services.  You will receive a report subsequent to the examination unless otherwise directed.  All services are provided in the a courteous, caring, confidential, and professional manner. I am experienced, licensed, and insured.

What to expect:

  • Upon receiving an inquiry or a request for examination, you will be contacted to discuss your needs and an examination scheduled should you decide to move forward.  Examination locations will be discussed. 

  • Make a non-refundable deposit for the examination 

    • Local examination will have a deposit of $100​

    • Examinations beyond two hours travel from Lebanon, VA, will incur a deposit of $200

    • Examinations within the northern Virginia and Tidewater areas of the state will require a deposit of $400

  • Once your deposit is received - We will schedule an examination date that is convenient.

  • Coordinate examination topics with examiner. 

  • Test questions will be reviewed with requesting individual prior to the examination to ensure they meet your needs.  

  • Examination date 

    • Meet the client at the agreed examination location​

    • Collect remainder of the examination fee prior to the test

    • Pre-test - Administrative Forms, discuss the topics for examination, Instrument explanation, Question Review

    • Chart Collection - Collection of physiological data and scoring

    • Post-test - If desired by the client

  • A report will be produced and provided to the client within three days, unless it is not required by the client 

  • Note: All examinations are recorded.
